Protein is the building block of muscle, and most people struggle to get enough throughout the day. Whether you are trying to lose weight or build muscle, adequate protein is vital to maintaining your muscle mass and building lean body mass! Not sure how much to eat? Of course it depends on your goals, but a general rule of thumb is .7g to 1g of protein per pound of your current bodyweight.
Did you know that the quality and quantity of sleep impact your stress level, food cravings, and hormone health? Put down your phone, close your eyes, rest and recover.
How active are you throughout the day, not just the few days a week that you make it to the gym? At Delaware Fit Factory we recommend coming to 3 classes a week MINIMUM to see progress toward your goals, however we really want to see everyone every day. Even rest and active recovery days!
